To reset your user password, go to https://pbx.vistanet.tel and click on forgot password.

Enter your username, and a password reset link will be sent to the email address on record for that account.

If you have forgotten your log in/user name, there is a link that says "Forgot Login Name.

Enter the email address on record for that account, and the information will be sent to you.

Since the emails are coming from no-reply@vistanet.co please look for them in your spam or junk folder if they do not show up within 1 minute.
